02c gearbox wiring help

Hi,

I am finally converting my 89 jetta syncro to an o2c gearbox. The 02c has two plugs, a 3 pin near the back and a 4 pin at the selector shaft. My original rod change gearbox plug has 5 wires. Can anyone tell me which wire goes where?
