I’m pulling my silver shed out of the workshop and going along to have a whirl around the track on the morning of this event. We’ll be hoping to take the 4Motion around on the parade lap at lunchtime, too.

I hadnt forgotten how [}] your Syncro is! so I am gutted not to be coming over. []
can we have lots of loverly photos please just to cheer me up, I think we will hopefully be over for this with our by then UberSyncro next year, as its too good to miss for a second time.

Chris, I’ll have to find out about some more track events and we’ll have to make sure your visit coincides with one of them. You can rent lids and I’ve left the passenger chair in!

We spotted another (much modified) Golf Syncro out on the track – a 20V turbo conversion, which went home early due to diff-consumption issues (no surprise there).

The car belongs to http://www.vwrescue.co.uk – who I’ve emailed – they should be along here at some point!
