No Idea, depending where you are in the UK it might be cheaper to collect it, http://www.norfolkline.com/EN/Ferries_to_France/Dover_Dunkirk/

You could always contact him to find out what the shipping costs would be, most Belgians(& Dutch people) speak passable English!
