Alrite guys first post, great website for all things syncro.
Im upgrading my syncro to haldex but why the axle is dropped im going to switch the car over to wide track so im chashing the VR6 syncro arms.
Proving hard to find mk3 golf ones, so my question is can i use sharan/passat instead and still get the required wide track?
Cheers
passat ones are the same as Golf MK2 ones so they won’t get you there
Golf ones it is then, these are going to be pain to get i can see it. Does anyone have the part number for the rear VR6 Mk3 Golf syncro trailing arms. Want to make sure i dont end up with passat ones.
Cheers
1H0 505 347 Left
1H0 505 348 Right
btw 347A & 348A are the 4 cylinder arms!
Cheers Chris!
Shame the 4 cylinder dosnt have the 72mm bearings
The 4 cylinder Golf 3 Syncro rear arms don’t have the caliper carrier mountings either (Drum only)
btw
Passat 35i rear arms are 357 505 347 Left & 348 Right, Golf 2 Syncro arms are 347A & 348A L&R both the G2S & Passat Syncro arms have the caliper carrier mountings but are not wide track.

In excellent condition, just had them blasted and powder coated satin black.
Looking for 330EURO’s or US$430, whichever currency is in your favour[]

I would take them off your hands if i hadnt just spent 400 quid on rewiring my beetle this week. Vw’s are not a cheap hobby.
