And is there anny progres?
Dit buy a complete golf 4 V6 4motion.
Toke it apart, so i can convert my golf 2.
in the proces of trimming down the wires, i found out that the haldex needs to much information.
I want to manual control it, whitout abs, so no wheel speed sensors.
No need for potentiometer on/off wil be fine
But manual dis engage while driving, is this possible ?bert_16vtMemberquote:

I did dril a hole between the carbs and the cilinder head.
Just in one tube from cilinder 4.
Its enough for the brakebooster so il use that.
Just the vacuüm from the airfilter is not enough i think.Edit: did see the picture wrong on my phone.
Its seems to look normalbert_16vtMemberHmm, dont think thats enough.

bert_16vtMemberi did use a walbro in tank, a 255. it goes up to 8bar of pressure.
that works with a full tank of gas. but if your down to about 1/4 than it gets tricky in the corners. you can solve this with a fuel catch tank and use a external fuelpump in the car.
I wanted to do the same, i already bought a g3s tank ……..
Sow now i know it wont fit.
but chris if you weld in the big hole, is there a bajonet fitting on the bottom of the g2s tank so you can fit the g3 fuel pump?bert_16vtMemberOk clear so that’s a NO, thx
Than comes the next question, rebuilding the transmissions is not the problem, but the vc.
Is there a diy? Is it easy? Or do some company,s do it? And what whil it cost?
