Oh. Hello again. Im now with new car and it is 4wd but not syncro or 4motion, but it is xDrive… Too for to post here maybe.
Hello there. I have sold my country, to a fellow vw enthusiasts. So now my visco rebuild has edes also. Thank you all for your help, Chris S especially. I might find my self from this Forum later, but i might skip syncro cars, as id like 4motion as my next car.
They are also available on classic parts 193199073A and 193199074A but over 150e piece. I got mine to one tinker i know and he made me new ones. All i have to do is drill the holes and weld in those stucke(191505119) parts i bought from classic parts. I can put pictures when i get them back.

Sorry no source yet for x ring. SKF might have right x ring for this though. I ha had no progression on this build. I bought a house sonitbhas taken my time. Will be back for this later.
yes, i have wacker ak100.000 fluid ready for this. Do you mean better with higher viscosity fluid? im waiting for new xrings now, seller promised me one for Test. and offered ones to be made from polyurethane.
I have VC rebuild topic http://www.vwsyncro.co.uk/data/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=3309. With pictures. I just contacted to shop that makes O rings and X rings. Guy there said that it might be possible to get new ones for a decent price. It seems that x-rings are standard size but material is unknown to me, i think its polyurethane.
I have had a little something else in my mind than VC rebuild, but i think ill complete it in next 2 months maybe….
