Participanti mean these bushes behind the CV seen on the pic

Participantwill insall a 9A engine with some small mods
so performance wise, it’ll outrun a stock ABF
the good thing about it, is that it has almost no rust, only a few spots here and there, but no major stuff

ParticipantThe center sections

some guy offered me on a norwegian forum aluminium bushings at both ends..
don’t know if i’d be using these, are there any advantages?but, the most critical is the centre section, both of them, completly worn to pieces
Housey
ParticipantWell, might aswell post here too

My name is Dan, i’m 25 years old, from norway (so, please excuse my horrible english), and just got myself a 1990 Golf GT Syncro with the 1P engine with a whopping 98Bhp :p
**specs**
ABS brakes
Sunroof
MFA
Electric side mirrors
Elecrically adjustable headlightsplans for my syncro is to get license plates on it, as those are taken of due to failed MOT (EU control) as we call it here in the freezing north.
To get it trough the MOT I need new bushings on the propshaft and a new exhaust because multiple leaks and a missing cat

its not exactly a gem, but with some time and tlc, it might get better

future plans after i’ve got it through the MOT is a engine conversion, got a 9A from a passat that i want to replace the 1P with. along with a new driveline, cableshift tranny and the works, rear disc brakes etc
got some crappy pics of it when I first got it too

enjoy (if its anything to enjoy)
