hmm Chris I’m up in carlisle at the end of may..*should* have space in the car too, if that’s any good?
ld50Memberwow! that’s pretty slick actually.
I drove my friend’s mk5 R32 not long ago and must say it was a loooovely car too – much preferred overall over his mk4 R32. Power band was spot on unlike the Mk4
ld50Memberglad to hear it #oslodrift
ld50MemberAll brakes now properly? Was gonna say mine never really had problems like you describe…
ld50Memberoh wow that’s a hot motor! *want*
ld50Membercan we have a bigger picture please? :o)
ld50MemberSuch sad news, the photos you posted bring back fun memories. Thank you for posting and sorting things out.
ld50Memberjust tested:
ld50Memberlol misread the hospital upload – I thought 9mb/sec! 0.9 is more normal I think doh! Still decent for hospital though! :o)
ld50Memberhey Chris, glad you made it though ok!
same here re the wifi lol, that upload speed is insane
ld50Memberyay finally got some timeto work on the syncro today! fuel tank off so I can start to figure how to connect up the fuel pump and associated pipework. Seems to already have the mounting bolts for the pump in place which is a bonus o/
ld50MemberMine’s jade green actually (and black and red and red-oxide and primer grey)..never seen a lhasa green one as far as I’m aware.
ld50Memberhmm I think the ones I got are roughly the same internal diameter but are rubber with braided steel casing so obviously quite a bit bigger outside diameter.
ld50Memberno idea… the plan wasn’t really to design a whole new system, just implement the nice braided lines I’d already bought.
ld50Memberok cool thanks I’ve got a bunch of work on at the moment which means I’m not allowed to get injured by working on the car plus it’s bloody freezing out there atm so not likely to be doing anything for a bit. I wondered whether one could run the lines elsewhere down the outside of the chassis (i.e. outside the rails) but really would prefer to have them protected as much as poss.
cheers
