easy put the standard ecu in with the whole loom, at least it`ll run the way its supposed to, don`t think i know anyone that has done it this way all standalone or a switchable locked rear diff

M90- the car is long gone now, well its been and gone and come back but with boosted vr in, i remember the 60mm pulley created over 1.5bar because the map sensor in the ecu wouldn`t allow any more and it would cut the engine,
i didn`t have EGT in the g60 then but have on the vrt

unfortunately the rallye suffers from cracked manifolds, mine had a crack in the same place believe a its a weak point in the design, also tried to fix it with no luck, the standard g60 non 4wd manifold is fine, ran plenty of boost (ie, 60mm pulley) with no issues, as for a replacement as mentioned on the vortex thread already raceland manifold other than that i can`t help you i`m afraid been out of touch with the standard manifold for a while now

theres no need to cut the beam, just make up some mounts that use the original mk1 rear beam mountsa tiny section of sill is removed , i mean tiny 5 mm at the mostjust welded a plate over it good ad new, the rest is easy, it fits even with et27 7.5 inch rims on plenty of clearance

Nope r32 hybrid 02m lol nothing simple as usual, power depending on boost0.9bar 355bhp or 1.2bar 465bhp, if it can get traction on the rollers it should be more
