Its because you have a scarce interior in a LHD in the UK. send me close up pics of the cloth as I have a resource. Is it the interior or exterior pattern. I see these for sale on ebay.de once in a while

The kit has just arrived and it looks a perfect match- very very impressed.

The short linkage is the standard VW 5 speed one as found on any 020 box

I will be trial fitting these on my Golf Country shortly to check for clearances.

The chap to contact is Jengis and he also makes the 2wd kit that Ive used. his email address is gti-line@hotmail.co.uk

This is currently a vwsyncro.co.uk forum exclusive as Jengis is an enthusiast for enthusiasts and its just a hobby for him

The syncro has diesel gears already but the final drive and crown wheel would need to be swapped over from a diesel box. 4T has 90mm cups and is taller than the 4S that has 100mm cups

There’s a couple that are similar but only the Country seats are the same. The seat I bought was a passenger side so the rear panel had to be swapped over on the top section due to the higher seat tilt adjuster

Depends on the quality of conversion and what you want to pay. I’d say less value than a standard one. You need to find out if the gearbox has been modified for the diesel engine. Or has a Mk3 diesel syncro box been used.

There’s a fully scanned English language brochure pinned at the top of this forum I did years ago. All the details are on that. Found the brochure in Holland

I spent ages trying to source the same but only cloth I found was from a Golf Country seat I bought dismantled from Berlin.
