VegardMemberWhat about the 16v G60 VW Motorsport manifold (027 253 033 VWM), do anyone know about one for sale?

I’ve allready got that one, just need the manifold.
Will an ordinary 16v cast manifold fit?

Is that a cast ABF manifold for RHD?
I have a tubular one, and I go LHD. Will it be different then?

I will. My best option so far is to use the upper part fron an ABF and modify the Syncro 16v lower part to fit.

Could you be more specific? Which parts from which car?
Are you sure it will work?
VegardMemberDo anyone know for sure that there is a narrow 100 mm inner CV joint that will accept a Syncro rear driveshaft?
Please post a pic with your answer. []
Quite a few people have told me that this is possible but I have not seen it done so far. []
VegardMemberVegardMemberSupersprint have a sports system for the Syncro/Rallye, cat back.

VegardMemberI have this information from the Vortex forum:
http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=2475258&postid=29390192#29390192
On left rear, the right front shaft from Passat G60 Syncro can be used.
I guess this is on a stock width car, and I have not meassured it to control the information. The good thing is that it fits the 100 mm inner CV joint without modification.
Can anyone confirm this?
VegardMemberRear driveshafts for wide track, VR6 Syncro rear trailing arms, are stock Mk2 Syncro, Rallye or G60 Syncro shafts.
4Motion rear inner CV-joint will not accept G60 Syncro rear driveshaft. The splines on the driveshafts are too short. The CV-joints are 28.3 mm. thru the spline hole, the spline on the driveshafts are 31 mm. total, minus 5 mm. in to the locking spring and minus 2.5 mm. for the washer on the inner side. That makes 23.5 mm. all together, missing approx 5 mm. to fit.
To modify the inner spline to fit 100 mm CV joints. it has to be removed material for approx 5 mm. to slip un the 100 mm CV joint from the 4Motion diff.
For stock width the stock rear shafts have to be shortened a bit, like this:
Wilco at DutchBuild do the job if your’e not able to fix it yourself.
VegardMemberFront left driveshaft for Mk2 subframe and 02M 4Motion gearbox there is a stock shaft that may be used together with a 5×100 hub to fit the 4Motion outer CV joint.
The part# is 6Q0 407 271J. You find it on Skoda Fabia, VW Polo and Seat Ibiza IV, 2002 and later models with TDI engines. It’s 02M-trannies on theese cars.
